Proto jsem napsal tento \u010dl\u00e1nek. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee ve v\u00e1s vytvo\u0159\u00ed podv\u011bdom\u00ed o dan\u00e9m probl\u00e9mu a t\u0159eba zjist\u00edte, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b zde je Va\u0161e \u201eAchilova pata\u201c.<\/p><p>Ky\u010deln\u00ed klouby jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdmi elementy mezi p\u00e1nv\u00ed a koleny. Cel\u00fd tento komplex ur\u010duje pohybov\u00fd vzor, jeho\u017e aktivita je koordinov\u00e1na b\u011bhem pohybu (3). Pohyblivost a dostate\u010dn\u00e1 s\u00edla sval\u016f kolem t\u011bchto kloub\u016f, je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 pro zdrav\u00fd pohyb a t\u011blesnou v\u00fdkonnost.<\/p><p>\u010c\u00edm d\u00e1l \u010dast\u011bji se u m\u00fdch cvi\u010denc\u016f setk\u00e1v\u00e1m s\u00a0omezenou rotac\u00ed v\u00a0ky\u010deln\u00edm kloubu (d\u00e1le jen \u201eRKK\u201c),\u00a0navzdory dostate\u010dn\u00e9mu pohybov\u00e9mu rozsahu v zano\u017een\u00ed, uno\u017een\u00ed nebo p\u0159edno\u017een\u00ed.<\/p><p><strong>Zejm\u00e9na vnit\u0159n\u00ed rotace v\u00a0ky\u010dl\u00edch je \u010dasto omezena, s\u00a0\u010d\u00edm\u017e souvis\u00ed i oslaben\u00ed sval\u016f zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch vnit\u0159n\u00ed rotaci. Nerespektov\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto faktu p\u0159i rozcvi\u010dce nebo p\u0159i sestavov\u00e1n\u00ed tr\u00e9ninkov\u00e9ho programu pak m\u016f\u017ee negativn\u011b ovlivnit zdrav\u00ed a v\u00fdkonnost cvi\u010dence.<\/strong> Bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed rotace budou trp\u011bt z\u00e1da, ky\u010dle, kolena i kotn\u00edky. Pohybem chodidla do vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed strany testujeme vnit\u0159n\u00ed rotaci a v opa\u010dn\u00e9m sm\u011bru vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rotaci. U pasivn\u00ed rotace (s dopomoc\u00ed) je to pak je\u0161t\u011b o n\u011bco v\u00edce. P\u0159i sv\u00e9 praxi jsem se setkal i s\u00a0lidmi, jejich\u017e rozsah pohybu ve vnit\u0159n\u00ed rotaci nebyl v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 0 stup\u0148\u016f. Postaven\u00ed hlavice kosti stehenn\u00ed v\u00a0kloubn\u00ed jamce a pohlav\u00ed hraje tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eitou roli. \u017deny maj\u00ed v\u00a0pr\u016fm\u011bru vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed rozsah pohybu v\u00a0RKK ne\u017e mu\u017ei.<\/p><p>Naopak nebyla zji\u0161t\u011bna korelace mezi pravideln\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bnou aktivitou\/sportem a RKK. Tato nadm\u011brn\u00e1 rotace je pak spojena s\u00a0mikrotraumaty, nadm\u011brn\u00fdm tlakem a bolest\u00ed doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti zad.<\/strong> Ve studii (6) je pops\u00e1n vliv zlep\u0161en\u00e9ho rozsahu RKK na odstran\u011bn\u00ed bolesti zad a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdkonnosti.<\/p><p><strong>Dal\u0161\u00edm prediktorem bolesti zad je nerovnov\u00e1ha v\u00a0pohybov\u00e9m rozsahu vnit\u0159n\u00ed RKK mezi levou a pravou stranou.<\/strong> Ti, u kter\u00fdch byla zji\u0161t\u011bna v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1ha v\u00a0t\u00e9to oblasti, \u010dast\u011bji trp\u011bli bolest\u00ed zad (2). V\u00a0t\u00e9to poloze pot\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dejte trupem p\u0159i fixovan\u00fdch doln\u00edch kon\u010detin\u00e1ch nebo m\u011b\u0148te plynule pozici doln\u00edch kon\u010detin. T\u00edm zajist\u00edte vhodnou aktivaci a mobilitu RKK p\u0159ed cvi\u010debn\u00ed jednotkou. V\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b oslaben\u00fdch vnit\u0159n\u00edch RKK jsou vhodn\u00e9 posilovac\u00ed cviky na pos\u00edlen\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edch rot\u00e1tor\u016f (viz. obr.3).
