Z toho plyne, \u017ee <b>90% bolest\u00ed kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e je jsou takzvan\u00e9 bolesti nespecifick\u00e9 (ty jsou i p\u0159edm\u011btem tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku). N\u00e1zev napov\u00edd\u00e1, \u017ee nezn\u00e1me skute\u010dnou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu bolesti. <\/b>T\u011bch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dle posledn\u00edch studi\u00ed mnoho.<\/p><p>N\u00ed\u017ee uv\u00e1d\u00edm n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich. Jsou to z m\u00e9ho pohledu ty nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Celkov\u00fd seznam p\u0159\u00ed\u010din by byl mnohem del\u0161\u00ed.<\/p><ol><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nedostatek pohybu <\/b>&#8211; Z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska je pohyb nejlep\u0161\u00ed l\u00e9k pro bolesti muskuloskelet\u00e1ln\u00edho apar\u00e1tu (Babatunde et al., 2017) . Jeho nedostatek je prokazateln\u011b spojen se zkracov\u00e1n\u00edm sval\u016f, zv\u00fd\u0161enou bolestivost\u00ed a citlivost\u00ed muskuloskelet\u00e1ln\u00edho apar\u00e1tu, slabost\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017eenou v\u00fdkonnost\u00ed.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Strach z pohybu <\/b>&#8211; Pokud se ob\u00e1v\u00e1te bolesti plynouc\u00ed z pohybu, budete omezovat pohybov\u00fd rozsah, mno\u017estv\u00ed a rozmanitost pohybu, co\u017e povede k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed monot\u00f3nnosti a t\u00edm ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 bolestivosti. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed pravideln\u011b cvi\u010dili a m\u011bli men\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru strachu z pohybu, dok\u00e1zali sn\u00ed\u017eit m\u00edru bolesti oproti t\u011bm, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed strach z pohybu (Wood et al. 2023).<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Nadm\u011brn\u00e9 sezen\u00ed &#8211;<\/b> Ze studi\u00ed v\u00edme, \u017ee sezen\u00ed del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 6 hodin denn\u011b m\u011blo negativn\u00ed dopad na zdrav\u00ed zad (Suri et al., 2018). Nebylo v\u0161ak prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee druh sezen\u00ed m\u00e1 vliv na\u00a0 zdrav\u00ed zad. Pro zaj\u00edmavost ve studii (Richards et al., 2021) dokonce d\u00edvky, kter\u00e9 sed\u011bly s \u201cvadn\u00fdm dr\u017een\u00edm t\u011bla\u201d, m\u011bly sn\u00ed\u017eenou pravd\u011bpodobnost v\u00fdskytu bolestivosti kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e ne\u017e ty, kter\u00e9 sed\u011bly \u201cspr\u00e1vn\u00fdm\u201d zp\u016fsobem.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Stres <\/b>&#8211; Nadm\u00edra dlouhodob\u011b nekompenzovan\u00e9ho negativn\u00edho stresu se m\u016f\u017ee projevit bolest\u00ed kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e (Suri et al., 2018). M\u016f\u017ee to zp\u016fsobovat celkov\u00e1 hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1ha, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed aktivace sympatick\u00e9ho nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu (bojuj nebo ute\u010d) \u010di celkov\u00e9 strnul\u00e9 dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, proto\u017ee ve stresu se t\u011blo p\u0159ipravuje na mo\u017en\u00fd \u00fatok \u010di nebezpe\u010d\u00ed. Zjist\u00edme to nap\u0159\u00edklad tak, kdy\u017e je bolest men\u0161\u00ed na dovolen\u00e9 nebo v klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch f\u00e1z\u00edch roku. Je nutn\u00e9 podotknout, \u017ee stres v \u017eivot\u011b pot\u0159ebujeme pro zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b dovednost\u00ed apod. Pokud v\u0161ak jeho m\u00edra dlouhodob\u011b p\u0159eroste, co\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee projevit nespavost\u00ed, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost\u00ed, zm\u00edn\u011bnou bolestivost\u00ed, sn\u00ed\u017eenou v\u00fdkonnost\u00ed apod., je nutn\u00e9 zapracovat na jeho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a kompenzaci v dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu.<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Deprese, \u00fazkosti &#8211;<\/b> Tyto stavy jsou \u00fazce spojeny s nadm\u011brn\u00fdm stresem. To v\u0161e dohromady vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko bolestivosti a citlivosti muskuloskelet\u00e1ln\u00edho apar\u00e1tu (Goubert, 2017). Pozitivn\u00ed vliv maj\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy psychologa, relaxa\u010dn\u00ed techniky, zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed emo\u010dn\u00ed inteligence nebo zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed odolnosti organismu (resilience) prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm rozumn\u011b d\u00e1vkovan\u00e9ho fyzick\u00e9ho a psychick\u00e9ho stresu.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Kou\u0159en\u00ed<\/b> &#8211; Ve v\u00fdzkumu, kter\u00e9ho se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 34525 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch ameri\u010dan\u016f,bylo prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee ku\u0159\u00e1ci maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed sklon k bolestem zad (36,9%) ne\u017e neku\u0159\u00e1ci (23,5%) (Green et al.,2016).<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Pam\u011b\u0165 na bolest &#8211;<\/b> Je pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee bolest m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pevn\u011b zaryta v na\u0161\u00ed pam\u011bti a je to jen z\u00e1le\u017eitost nervov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. To dokazuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy po ztr\u00e1t\u011b pam\u011bti do\u0161lo i k odezn\u011bn\u00ed bolesti (Choi et al., 2017)<\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Bolest ramene <\/b>&#8211; Rameno a kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159 maj\u00ed k sob\u011b funk\u010dn\u011b bl\u00edzko. Navz\u00e1jem se ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed. To dokazuje i to, \u017ee maj\u00ed mnoho spole\u010dn\u00fdch rehabilita\u010dn\u00edch cvik\u016f.
