Pokud ho pravideln\u011b prov\u00e1d\u00edme budeme siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. M\u00e1 tak\u00e9 pozitivn\u00ed vliv na bolest kolen (Lynch et al., 2015) a viz\u00e1\u017e doln\u00edch kon\u010detin. Ky\u010deln\u00ed kloub jde pod \u00farove\u0148 kolenn\u00edho kloubu, ide\u00e1ln\u011b se zadek dotkne l\u00fdtkov\u00fdch sval\u016f.<\/strong><\/p><p>V\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 v\u0161ak neplat\u00ed pro v\u0161echny. Z m\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti v\u00edm, \u017ee cca t\u0159etina m\u00fdch klient\u016f star\u0161\u00edch 40-ti let se nedostane do hlubok\u00e9ho d\u0159epu (ky\u010deln\u00ed kloub nedostane pod kolenn\u00ed kloubem). Zde je na m\u00edst\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bt mobilizuj\u00edc\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed rozsah pohybu v hlezenn\u00edm a ky\u010deln\u00edm kloubu \u010di v hrudn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159i. Dal\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem je postaven\u00ed chodidel. N\u011bkdo provede bezbolestn\u00fd d\u0159ep jen s chodidly t\u011bsn\u011b vedle sebe n\u011bkdo jen s postaven\u00edm chodidel na \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku ramen. Tak bych mohl pokra\u010dovat.
