WORKOUT WEEKEND IN OSTRUŽNÁ

  • Sports and relaxation course in the Jeseniky Mountains,
  • Grouping of participants according to their performance (everyone will work out according to his/her abilities)
  • 5 guided training sessions with different objectives
  • Lectures,
  • Relax in the private sauna,
  • Accommodation in apartments with full board,
  • Meals 3 times a day tailored according to the principles of healthy nutrition (buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining room)
  • Nordic walking trip in the mountains

What can you look forward to?

  • Professional coaches who will guide you throughout the weekend and give advice when needed
  • To wonderful time. Everything from meals to private wellness is taken care of. Look forward to finally having some time to yourself.
  • To a barrage of information. Lectures on weight loss and diet, hard, cold baths, motivation, strength training or first aid. You will get a theoretical basis for your healthy life.
  • For evenings spent together with people with common interests. The plan is to sit down with a glass of BIO wine, grilled meat and vegetables, with the coaches blessings, as a reward for your hard work.
  • Evenings spent in the private sauna with private pool and outdoor hot tub. You'll wash away all the stress from your body and regenerate your muscles.
  • For various physical activities (health exercises - functional mobility, strength training, fitness interval training, hiking in the mountains, teambuilding exercise activities)

WHAT TO TAKE WITH YOU?

  • gym shoes, running or walking shoes and trekking shoes for the mountains
  • clothes for the gym and outdoors (Ostružná is a mountain village, so pack thermal underwear, hat and gloves),
  • Slippers,
  • swimsuits,
    a mat (who is used to exercising on a mat),
  • Nordic Walking poles,
  • possibly snacks.
